Certificates / Transcripts

The instructions below explain how to acquire a copy of a certificate or transcript from training attended with the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC). The process to request a certificate or transcript from each training organization is outlined below.

Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service National Emergency Response and Recovery Training Center (TEEX/NERRTC)

Request a copy of student history:

  • To request an official student history, please contact the Student Records Office. A fee of ten dollars ($10) per official student history will be charged. An unofficial student history can be obtained by taking a screen capture of your history from your student portal account.

Get a copy of a certificate:

  • Log in to your student portal account to access your student history. Within the history, you are able to click on the “print certificate” button next to each completed course. If you do not see this button it could be the certificate is not yet available. Certificates are available beginning 14 days after your class is completed.

Certificates are not available for courses taken prior to September 2013. If your class was after September 2013 and completed more than 14 days ago, and the button is still not available, please contact the Student Records Office at (979) 458-6833 or at studentrecords@teex.tamu.edu.

The Energetic Materials Research and Testing Center (EMRTC)

To request a course certificate, please call the EMRTC Administration Office at 575-835-5701 or email respond@emrtc.nmt.edu.

National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC)

Log in to your NDPTC website account. To download a copy of certificate, transcript, and associated course materials, follow these steps:

  • Select the “Training” tab.
  • Select the “My Deliveries” tab and scroll to “Past Deliveries”.

National Nuclear Security Administration/CTOS-Center for Radiological/Nuclear Training (NNSA/CTOS)

To access your course certificates, log in to your NNSA/CTOS account. Once logged in, you will be able to view all previous courses taken and can download your certificates.

Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP)

  • To receive an official student transcript of all past courses completed, please contact student services at (256) 847-2132 or (866) 213-9553. Student services operation hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST.

Louisiana State University National Center for Biological Research and Training/Academy of Counter Terrorist Education (LSU NCBRT/ACE)

Students who registered for a course using LSU NCBRT/ACE online registration can download and print certificates through the student portal. If you did not register online, or to receive a copy of a transcript for either mobile or web-based training,  please fill out and submit a request form.

Web-based training certificates are only available through the NCBRT web course site. For assistance in printing web-based training certificates, please email elearn@ncbrt.lsu.edu.

Transportation Technology Center, Inc. (TTCI)/Security and Emergency Response Training Center (SERTC)

Beginning in 2021, SERTC students can access their certificates by logging into their account. Once logged in, hover over the “Account” tab and select “My Account”.  Select “My Certificates” to view or print a certificate.

If you are a former SERTC student and are not able to see your certificates, or if you have not attended SERTC training since October 2018, please contact SERTC Administration at 719-584-0584 to receive a copy of your certificate.

Rural Domestic Preparedness Consortium (RDPC)

RDPC does not currently keep a transcript for students.

Call 877-855-7372 or email helpdesk@ruraltraining.org to request a copy of the class certificate. A new copy of the certificate will be sent via email or mail.
