LSU NCBRT/ACE’s work on its web-based Instructor Development Workshop course is featured in the Spring 2021 of FEMA’s TPP Times Newsletter. This course primarily serves to give insight into adult education and enhance the instructional skills and styles of experienced instructors.
The first class for 21 LSU NCBRT/ACE instructors was delivered in August 2020 via Zoom. Training occurred in the form of lectures, group discussions, practical exercises, and peer and self-assessments.
